In this first stage, we dive deep into your project’s nature. We’ll craft a concept plan and give you a solid rough cost estimate so you know what you’re looking at. We also handle the nitty-gritty of certification and town planning assessments, outlining all the approvals you’ll need. This means everyone involved can make smart, informed decisions about whether your project is viable, without you spending a fortune upfront.
Time to get serious! In Prelim 2, we take those concept plans and turn them into fully construction-ready plans. This means all your Building Approval plans, and any necessary Development Approval plans, will be completed.
Then, we crunch the numbers to give you a precise, detailed cost breakdown for your entire project – everything you need for a fixed-price contract.
This stage also pulls together all the other pieces of the puzzle before we can break ground. Think engineering plans, soil tests, surveys, flood reports, and all the required council and town planning permissions. Every project is a bit different, so what’s needed here can vary, but we’ll make sure nothing is missed.
Just like in Prelim 1, every report, plan, and costing generated during this process is yours. We wrap up Prelim 2 by presenting your fixed-price contract, clearly outlining your progress payments.
